All questions concerning your water service should be directed to the district office at 304-387-2658. If no one is available to receive your call, please leave your name and number and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT CHOICES:

Mail your payment to Tomlinson Public Service District, PO Box 369, Chester, WV 26034.

Take your payment stub, with a check or money order, to the service desk at the New Cumberland Sparkle Market.

You may register to use Epay by clicking the Blue Ebill/Epay button on the website.

The lockbox is available on the office door located at 2830 Sixth Street, for payments by check or money order.

***Keep in mind, any payment made after the due date on your current bill will show up as an arrears on your next month’s bill. If payment is not received the arrears will subject your account to collection action as prescribed by the West Virginia Public Service Commission. If you pay after the due date, when you receive your next bill deduct the amount you paid from the total owed.
